I am deeply embarrased to announce that i have been secretly reading the straits times even after leaving singapore.

It's so addictive! (i know i know...)

I re-read A*star's Dr Phillip Yeo's article over and over again,
regarding Singapore's Bowling Alley strategy in the area of biomedical sciences,
and i fully understand how boring the above might have sounded,
but forgive me for i am a closet (and aspiring) researcher.

The bone of contention have always been about the money $$$.
But i say, let's trust this government of ours,
give them all the taxpayer's money they want,
and see if it does get through this gestation period and produce some ground-breaking discoveries on "how to eat 10 kit kats and not get fat".

Because afterall, we are puppets to the singapore government.

And we will always be.
So Lee Kuan Yew's daughter should just shut the hell up,
because you're the only one who has been born into your job!

Ugly people should just be shipped off to sentosa and be NOT ALLOWED to procreate. UGH.

On a much lighter and less geeky note,
i have just returned from Eunice's hall's International Students Night.
(if you can call it that.....)
haha, Riorn actually asked us if we were a couple!!!!
omg eunice. this is too great an honour to be bestowed upon you!

Off to crack that bastard called Embryology. :(
